　　1. The actual operation personnel of liquid oxygen storage tanks should have knowledge of the production process, machinery and equipment, and the temperature liquid level. They should often check the pressure gauge, liquid level transmitter, and various devices. It is not allowed to store under unreliable preventive measures, especially to prevent the gate valve from being frozen and stuck.

　　2. The gas body of the inflatable seal should be dry N2 and ensure that it cannot be terminated, so that its internal working pressure is maintained above 0.01 MPa.

　　3. To prevent the working pressure of the liquid storage tank from exceeding the set working pressure, the acetylene gas composition in the liquid oxygen should be checked every week. If it exceeds 0.1ppmm, the liquid oxygen should be discharged.

　　4. To prevent the filling of liquid oxygen storage tanks, it is necessary to leave indoor space for vapor storage. Therefore, it is required to prevent liquid oxygen from exceeding 95% of the geometric capacity of the storage tank, and liquid level gauges are not allowed to exceed 90%.

　　5. The pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, liquid level transmitter, alarm equipment and their valves should be calibrated on time, with rules, flexibility, reliability and effectiveness.

　　6. The water level line of the vaporizer should not be less than the standard value, and the temperature is generally operated around 60 ℃. The vaporizer should be equipped with an alarm for low outlet temperature and a liquid oxygen pump interlock with a parking protector to ensure that the outlet CO2 temperature of the vaporizer is above 0 ℃.

　　7. When machine equipment, pipelines, and gate valves are frozen and cleaned, use hot N2 or gas at 70-80 ℃ to lift the freeze and prevent knocking, burning, or electric heaters.

　　8. To prevent liquid oxygen leakage and freezing equipment, it is not necessary to let warm liquids come into contact with the skin, which can cause severe freezing.

　　9. The liquid oxygen storage tank and warm liquid pipeline should be kept away from high temperatures and hot sources, and flammable and explosive materials should be kept away. Fire or flames are not allowed within 30mm of the liquid oxygen storage tank, and explosion-proof equipment should be used.
