The LNG gasification pressure regulating pry integrates gasification, pressure regulation, and odorization processes, and can provide product planning according to user requirements to meet different user needs. The integrated pry process planning is complete, the transportation device is convenient, it has beautiful appearance, small footprint, and easy maintenance. It is used for emergency gas supply, residential gas supply, and industrial user production gas supply. The process characteristics of LNG station:
1. Low temperature storage and use at room temperature. The design temperature of the storage tank reaches negative 196 degrees Celsius (the boiling point of LNG at room temperature is negative 162 degrees Celsius), while the temperature of the outgoing natural gas is required to be no lower than 10 degrees Celsius of the ambient temperature.
2. The low-temperature storage tanks, valves, and fittings at the station have good cold insulation performance.
3. Select a pressure regulating device based on the scale of the LNG gasification station. Usually, two pressure regulating devices are installed, and the regulator is equipped with a commander.
4. The measurement adopts a turbine flowmeter. The odorant is tetrahydrothiophene, and the odorant is injected into the gas pipeline based on the flow signal using a diaphragm metering pump as the power source.
5. The equipment, pipelines, instruments, valves and their accessories in the low-temperature area of the LNG station have good operational performance under low-temperature working conditions, and have good mechanical strength, sealing and corrosion resistance.
6. Gasification equipment is required to be earthquake resistant, typhoon resistant, and meet design requirements under normal climatic conditions to achieve a large gasification flow rate.
