　　Instructions for Filling Liquid Nitrogen Low Temperature Storage Tanks

　　1. Check the low-temperature storage tank. Ensure that the tank is empty, free of defects, has sufficient plugs, and the pressure gauge reading is zero.

　　2. Wear a hood and loose welding gloves.

　　3. Connect the hose labeled "liquid" to the valve labeled "liquid", and connect the hose labeled "exhaust" to the valve labeled "exhaust".

　　4. Open the liquid valve and exhaust valve on the storage tank.

　　5. Open the black processing valve on the main feed pipe.

　　6. Turn on the main switch on the control panel, the green light should be on.

　　7. When in use, press the left or right start button. The high pressure in the main feed pipe may cause the safety valve on the tank to allow some nitrogen gas to enter the filling chamber. When the oxygen concentration in the surrounding air drops below 19.5%, an alarm will be triggered. When liquid nitrogen passes through the valve, the exhaust solenoid valve will automatically close the system.

　　8. When the exhaust solenoid valve closes the system, the storage tank is full.

　　9. Close the liquid and exhaust valves on the low-temperature storage tank, as well as the black processing valve on the main feed pipe.

　　10. Wait a few minutes. Open the exhaust coupling on the storage tank and slowly release the pressure. Be careful to avoid splashing residual liquid nitrogen in the exhaust pipe.

　　11. Slowly open the liquid supply connection by swinging the coupling to avoid splashing residual nitrogen. Ensure that there is no residual liquid nitrogen in the feeding pipeline and allow the pipeline to drain on the floor.

　　12. Hang the liquid and exhaust pipes in appropriate positions.

　　13. Dismantle the storage tank using a four-wheel storage tank bracket. Do not roll the filled low-temperature storage tank, as it is heavy and the nitrogen flowing out of the safety valve can cause harm to the tank and the processor.
