Description :
The LNG storage tank (liquefied natural gas storage tank) is a horizontal, double-layer cylindrical vacuum powder insulation structure. The inner cylinder contains LNG and is made of S30408 material. The head is a standard elliptical head, and the outer cylinder faces the atmosphere. The material is Q345R low-alloy steel, and an eight point support structure is used between the inner and outer cylinders. The interlayer thickness is 250mm, and the inner and outer cylinder interlayers are filled with insulation material pearl sand insulation material and vacuumed. The pressure of the inner and outer interlayer is ≤ 5Pa, and the factory vacuum degree is better than the national standard to ensure the daily evaporation rate index; The storage tank is equipped with a complete set of valves and instruments for operation. Through these valves and instruments, the entry and exit of liquids, as well as on-site observation of pressure and liquid level, can be achieved.
