Product Introduction
Tunnel kilns are widely used in the brick and tile industry, and the remaining heat is mainly the high-temperature solid waste heat of bricks and tiles. This product is located at the top of the kiln and mainly utilizes the solid waste heat from the cooling belt to generate steam or hot water for drying bricks or heating. It effectively solves the problem of excess waste heat in the brick and tile industry, reduces production costs for enterprises, and saves energy.
Performance Characteristics
① Mainly utilizing the waste heat between 800-400 ℃ in the cooling belt, without affecting the normal production of bricks and tiles;

working principle
This boiler is located at the top of the kiln and consists of a drum, downcomer, lower header, and riser. After reasonable arrangement, it forms a self-supporting structure. After water treatment, the raw water is pumped into the drum by the feed pump and distributed to the lower header and each riser. When high-temperature bricks and tiles stop below the boiler, the riser absorbs the radiation heat of the bricks and tiles, forming a steam water mixture. Due to its low density, the steam water mixture moves upward into the drum and is separated by the drum before being led to the steam consumption point or distribution cylinder through the steam outlet pipe.
