Manufacturing of domestic waste heat boilers, production and installation of 2-ton waste heat steam boilers

　　Preparation before startup:

　　1. Contact the laboratory duty personnel to test whether the water quality of the boiler water, desalinated water tank, etc. is qualified;

　　2. The water for boiler operation must be treated with desalinated water, with water quality in accordance with GB12145-89, and water temperature between 5-90 ℃;

　　3. When filling water, special attention should be paid to ensuring that the pump flow rate does not exceed the rated output of the pump to avoid cavitation;

　　4. The low water level of the steam drum is -360 mm for the cold state boiler inlet water, and -240 mm for the hot state boiler inlet water level of the steam drum;

　　5. There are three stages of moisture on the waste heat boiler:

　　(1) Water supply system: Before supplying water to the water supply system, the deaerator vent valve should be opened, and the drain pump should be started to supply water to the deaerator to the highest water level. After the water supply is completed, confirm that the water quality meets the requirements. Otherwise, discharge the water and continue to supply water until the water quality is qualified;

　　(2) Low pressure evaporator water supply: When the deaerator reaches the qualified water level, manually turn on the low-pressure circulation pump to supply water to the low-pressure evaporator, open the outlet air damper of the low-pressure evaporator, and turn off the low-pressure circulation pump after the water overflows;

　　(3) Water supply to medium pressure boiler: manually start one feedwater pump, adjust the feedwater regulating valve, control the feedwater volume. When the water level in the steam drum reaches the low water level, the water supply to the steam drum is completed, and the medium pressure circulating pump is started to supply water to the medium pressure evaporator. If it is necessary to clean the medium pressure circulation system and its pipelines, turn on the medium pressure circulation pump for 2 hours, stop the medium pressure circulation pump, drain the water, and then fill it with water. Repeat the cleaning process three times. After the medium pressure system is filled with water, test whether the boiler water is qualified and stop the medium pressure circulation pump.

　　6. After the boiler is filled with water, check the on-site water level gauge of the steam drum and calibrate the water level gauge once;

　　7. During the water inlet process, the inlet doors and valves of the steam drum and water tank, as well as the plugs and flanges, should be checked for any leakage. If there is any leakage, the water inlet should be stopped immediately and maintenance should be contacted for handling;

　　8. If there is already water in the boiler after maintenance, it must be tested for qualified water quality before adjusting the water level to the starting water level. Otherwise, it needs to be refilled with water.

　　9. After the above work is completed, report the relevant situation to the shift supervisor.
