Combustion engine maintenance. Specific method: Thoroughly clean the rotating cup plate, ignition device, filter, oil pump, motor, and impeller system of the gas boiler burner, and apply lubricant to the damper connecting rod device.

Maintenance of gas boiler controller. Specific methods: Inspect and test the electrical components, control circuits, and control points of the controller, clean the dust collection in the control box, seal the controller to prevent moisture from affecting the controller components.

Maintenance of gas boiler feedwater system. Specific methods: Inspect the water treatment device, check if the water quality meets the standard, thoroughly clean the water treatment system, check the operation and head of the feed pump, and check if all pipeline valves can be used flexibly.

Furnace maintenance. In order to ensure the long-term, safe, and economical operation of gas boilers, it is necessary to perform proper furnace maintenance on a daily basis. In practice, common methods for furnace maintenance include wet maintenance and dry maintenance (wet maintenance is generally suitable for gas boilers with a shutdown period of no more than one month, while dry maintenance is suitable for gas boilers with a longer shutdown period), as follows:
(1) Wet maintenance. Specific method: After shutting down the furnace, drain the furnace water, thoroughly remove the internal dirt, rinse it clean, refill with treated water until fully filled, heat the furnace water to 100 ℃, allow the gas in the water to be discharged from the furnace, and then close all valves. However, it should be noted that moisturizing methods should not be used in cold climates to prevent the boiler water from freezing and damaging the gas boiler.
(2) Dry maintenance. Specific method: After shutting down the boiler, drain the boiler water, thoroughly remove the internal dirt, rinse it clean, and dry it in the furnace with low heat (be careful not to use high heat). Then, install the block shaped quicklime with a diameter of 10-30 millimeters in separate trays and place it in the gas boiler drum, avoiding contact between quicklime and metal. The weight of quicklime is calculated as 8 kilograms per cubic meter of drum volume. Then, close all hand hole pipeline valves and check them every three months. If the quicklime is broken, replace it immediately. When the boiler is restarted, remove the quicklime and tray.
