Through comparison and inquiry, we believe that implementing SH/T 3542-2007 "Technical Code for Construction of Petrochemical Static Equipment Installation Engineering" (hereinafter referred to as SH/T 3542) and GB 50461-2008 "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Petrochemical Static Equipment Installation Engineering" (hereinafter referred to as GB 50461) is more appropriate. The former is the construction technical specification, and the latter is the quality acceptance specification, which has very specific and detailed regulations for the installation of horizontal storage tanks. It is the current standard for the installation of static equipment in the petrochemical industry.
