　　1. Insulation inspection

　　1) The primary and secondary coils of the power transformer in the position transmitter, as well as the insulation resistance to the casing, should be ≥ 200M Ω.

　　2) The insulation resistance between single-phase motor coils and to the casing should be ≥ 200M Ω.

　　3) The insulation resistance of the signal circuit terminal to the housing should be ≥ 20M Ω.

　　4) The insulation resistance between the power supply circuit terminals and the signal circuit terminals should be ≥ 50M Ω.

　　2. Check that all fasteners are not loose, and if there is any looseness, be sure to tighten them with a screwdriver.

　　3. Inspection of movable components

　　The handle on the handwheel and motor rear cover (hereinafter referred to as the motor handle) can switch flexibly between the "manual" and "electric" positions, can be reliably positioned at the specified position, and the handwheel can rotate freely in the "electric" position. After inspection, be sure to reset the handwheel and motor handle to "electric".

　　4. Connector inspection

　　Each plug and socket should be installed firmly and the contact should be secure. After removing the plug, check that there are no defects such as rust or deformation that affect the contact of each contact.

　　5. Lubricating oil inspection inside the gearbox

　　Clean lubricating oil should be added to the gearbox, and the oil level should not be lower than the lower limit of the oil gauge. Otherwise, lubricating oil should be injected from the lifting ring hole.

　　6. The various contents identified on the nameplate of the electric actuator meet the requirements for the normal operation of the system and valves.

　　7. The phase and neutral wires of the power supply must not be connected incorrectly, and the grounding must be firm and reliable.
