The Z20-24W/Z electric valve device consists of an electric motor, a reduction mechanism, a torque control mechanism, a stroke control mechanism, an opening indication mechanism, a hand electric switching mechanism, a handwheel, and electrical components. The transmission principle is shown in the diagram.
Attention: The explosion-proof electrical part has added a explosion-proof surface structure and uses explosion-proof junction boxes and YDF explosion-proof valve motors. During installation, debugging, and maintenance, the explosion-proof surface must not be damaged; Do not remove electrical related box covers in the environment for live operation. Before opening the electrical box cover, the power must be cut off first; Tighten the cover tightly during reinstallation to ensure explosion-proof performance! Product Structure:

Multi turn intelligent adjustable electric actuator DZW90-24T feature
1. Multi turn intelligent integrated electrical installation is dustproof, rainproof, and corrosion-resistant, with a protection level of IP55 (special orders IP65, IP67).
2. The torque control mechanism is reliable in action, easy to adjust, and has high torque repeatability accuracy.
3. 2 to 4 micro switches can be installed for opening and closing directions (special order).
4. Adopting a valve electric device three-phase asynchronous motor, it has the characteristics of high starting torque, low rotational inertia, long service life, and F-class insulation.
5. The work schedule is short 10 minutes (30 minutes for special orders).
6. Equipped with a liquid crystal (conventional type without) valve position indicator, which can intuitively know the opening size of the valve.
7. Adopting a semi-automatic hand electric switching mechanism, the handle needs to be switched manually, and it automatically resets when powered. The structure is simple, reliable, and easy to operate. In the event of a power outage, the manual function can still be used to open, close, or adjust the valve.
