      Magnetic filter

      If the medium contains iron or magnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be installed at the inlet of the flowmeter The magnetic filter is equipped with magnetic rods arranged in a spiral pattern to minimize pressure loss. Each magnetic rod is wrapped in polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or stainless steel to prevent corrosion by the medium.

      damper

      If the inlet flow rate (pressure) of the instrument is unstable, for the measurement of clean gases, a high-tech damping device can be installed on the measuring component to ensure long-term stable and reliable use.

      Damping devices are not suitable for gases with small particles or dust. In this case, to ensure normal operation, it is required that the inlet pressure be greater than 5 times the instrument pressure loss. For DN15 caliber, a pressure regulator (constant current regulator) can also be used to stabilize the flow rate.
