      1、 Product principleLDE electromagnetic flowmeter is a flowmeter that measures flow based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. It is a flow meter product that integrates intelligence, small and lightweight design, multifunctionality, high precision, and high reliability. While meeting the on-site display requirements, it can also output 4-20mA current signals for recording, adjustment, and control purposes.Electromagnetic flowmeter is an inductive instrument used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive media. In addition to measuring the volumetric flow rate of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of strongly corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis, as well as homogeneous liquid-solid two-phase suspensions such as mud, slurry, and pulp, as shown in Figure 1.

      2、 Performance characteristics: 1. Strong anti-interference ability, almost unaffected by external interference. 2. Measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity. 3.     9、 Installation specifications1. It should be installed at the lower and vertically upward positions of the horizontal pipeline, avoiding installation at points in the pipeline and vertically downward positions; 2. Should be installed at the rising point on the pipeline; 3. When installing an open discharge pipeline, it should be installed at the lower part of the pipeline; 4. If the pipeline drop exceeds 5m, install an exhaust valve downstream of the sensor; 5. Control valves and shut-off valves should be installed downstream of the sensor, rather than upstream of the sensor; 6. Sensors cannot be installed at the inlet and outlet of the pump, they should be installed at the outlet of the pump.

There are different heights and grids, Different models, pressures, media, installation methods, etc. are key factors affecting pricesFor example, DN150 caliber electromagnetic current is calculated, with medium sewage, pressure of 1.6MPA, and flange installation price of 2800 yuan/unit. If the medium is strong acid, the price is different, at 3650 yuan/unit. Therefore, the parameters of the same model should be based on the on-site parameters.
