    Description :

      1、 Product Overview: LUX Spiral Vortex Flow Meter is a new type of gas flow meter that adopts advanced microprocessing technology and has the advantages of strong functionality, wide flow range, simple operation and maintenance, and easy installation and use. Its main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. 2、 The flow profile of the product principle flow sensor is similar to the profile of a Venturi tube (as shown in Figure 1 below). Place a set of spiral guide vanes on the inlet side, which force the fluid to generate intense vortex flow when it enters the flow sensor. When the fluid enters the diffusion section, the vortex flow is subjected to backflow and begins to undergo secondary rotation, forming a gyroscopic vortex precession phenomenon. The precession frequency is directly proportional to the flow rate and is not affected by the physical properties and density of the fluid. By measuring the secondary rotation precession frequency of the fluid with the detection element, good linearity can be obtained over a wide range of flow rates. The signal is amplified, filtered, and shaped by a preamplifier into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and then sent to the microprocessor for integration processing along with temperature, pressure, and other detection signals. The measurement results (instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, temperature, pressure data) are displayed on the LCD screen. 3、 Product features: 1. Built in pressure, temperature, and flow sensors, high safety performance, compact structure, and beautiful appearance. 2. On site display of temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow rate, and cumulative flow rate. 3. By adopting a new type of signal processing amplifier and unique filtering technology, the interference signals generated by pressure fluctuations and pipeline vibrations are effectively eliminated, greatly improving the anti-interference ability of the flowmeter and making small flow rates have excellent stability. 4. The unique functions of time display and real-time data storage ensure that internal data will not be lost in any situation. 5. The whole machine has extremely low power consumption and can operate for a long time with internal battery power supply, making it an ideal on-site display instrument without the need for external power supply. 6.       5、 Installation precautions: 1. The sensor can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or any inclined position according to the flow direction mark; 2. When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, supports should be installed upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the impact of pipeline vibration; 3. The installation location of the sensor should have sufficient space for the inspection and maintenance of the flowmeter, and should meet the environmental requirements of the flowmeter; 4. Avoid interference from strong external magnetic fields; 5. When installed and used outdoors, there should be a cover to avoid direct sunlight and rainwater erosion, which may affect the service life of the instrument; 6. When conducting pipeline pressure testing, attention should be paid to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor equipped on the intelligent flowmeter to avoid damaging the pressure sensor due to overpressure. 6、 The internal structure flow meter of the product consists of sensors and conversion display devices. 1. The sensor includes a vortex generator, detection element, rectifier, and housing. The vortex generator is composed of specific spiral blades, which are fixed at the front end of the shell contraction section, forcing the fluid to generate strong vortex flow. 2. The weak voltage signal detected by the piezoelectric sensor in the conversion display instrument is amplified, filtered, and shaped into a pulse signal with a frequency proportional to the flow rate, and then counted and displayed by the display instrument. The display device is equipped with an output interface to output various signals. The measured gas medium can be compensated for temperature and pressure, converted to volumetric flow rate under standard conditions, and displayed.
