The RSL series plug-in thermal gas flowmeter is an instrument that uses the principle of thermal conduction to measure fluid flow rate. The instrument uses the constant temperature difference method to accurately measure gas mass flow rate. Thermal gas flow meters have the advantages of small size, high digitalization, easy installation, and accurate measurement. They are widely used in compressed air, gas extraction, natural gas measurement, aeration measurement, emission gas monitoring, process gas control, and many other fields. The HW-RSL series thermal gas flowmeter is an instrument used in gas flow measurement. Unlike other gas flowmeters, it does not require pressure and temperature correction and directly measures the mass flow rate of gas. One sensor can achieve a range from low to high. It is suitable for measuring single gases and multi-component gases with fixed ratios. The principle behind this product is that the rate at which the fluid absorbs heat is directly related to the mass flow rate. When moving gas molecules collide with a thermistor, they absorb and carry away heat. The higher the flow rate, the more molecules come into contact with the thermistor, and the more heat is absorbed. The heat absorption is related to the number of molecules, thermal properties, and flow characteristics of a certain gas. Using this principle and relying on a large number of advanced technologies, we have developed a gas mass flowmeter with high reliability, anti pollution, and stable performance.
