The positions of the upper and lower layers of windows are offset from each other, and the total area of the openings is about 35% of the entire ring wall area.
Due to the many windows on the ring wall of the metal ball ring packing, the gas and liquid inside the tower can freely pass through the windows. Therefore, the distribution of gas and liquid in the packing layer has been greatly improved, and its separation performance has been significantly enhanced. Therefore, ball ring packing is still one of the main annular packing materials currently used.
Metal Ball Ring Filler can be customized with materials such as 316L, 316, 321, 304, 301, carbon steel, as well as high corrosion resistant stainless steel 2205.
