　　Due to the use of the pipe distributor in conjunction with the regular packing tower, it is placed on the fixed grid plate of the regular packing bed and fixed with pressure plates or clamps. Due to the non geometrically uniform distribution of small holes on the distributor, the relative positions of the distributor's liquid distribution pipes, fixed grid plates on the bed, and the corrugated sheets of the packing below need to be arranged reasonably. The fixed grid plate is pressed tightly against each packing piece to prevent it from loosening and to ensure the reasonable distribution of liquid in the distribution pipe. It must be considered simultaneously during design. In general, the liquid distribution pipe is installed vertically with the packing sheet, but sometimes a rotation of 45 degrees is more reasonable. The distance between the liquid distribution pipe and the upper end of the packing depends on the specific situation, usually around 50mm.
