Precautions for installation of loose packing materials
1、 The safety of the lifting device during the filling process of bulk packing:
1. All construction personnel entering the tower must wear safety helmets, while personnel outside the tower and on the ground must wear safety helmets. Personnel on the tower must wear safety belts;
2. The safety devices such as the switch and overload alarm display of the elevator must be kept intact, and a no-load inspection must be carried out before daily use. Only when they are normal can they be used to prevent any accidents that may be caused by electrical failures;
3. During the lifting process, it is strictly prohibited to stand within the radius of the basket to avoid accidents.
2、 When installing loose packing materials, attention should be paid to safety and fire prevention:
1. Entering the construction site, smoking and fireworks are strictly prohibited;
2. During the installation of fillers, welding is not allowed;
3、 Installation method of loose packing material:
1. Install the packing according to the tower equipment diagram and ensure that the installation height and quantity of the packing are correct;
2. Put 10 meters of tap water into the tower to buffer the force of the filling material falling into the lower part of the tower.
3. The filling material is naturally stacked into the tower;
4. When filling, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the filling layer. People should not stand directly on the filling material to prevent deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards should be laid on the filling material to disperse the force;
5. After the installation of each section of filling material, check whether the upper filling material is flat. If there is any unevenness, use wooden strips to naturally push it flat;
6. During the packing process, it is not allowed to leave other debris, packaging bags, etc. inside the tower together with the packing.
