      Definition of environmentally friendly fillers

      Fillers usually refer to materials filled in other objects.

      In chemical engineering, packing refers to the inert solid materials contained in the packing tower, such as Bauer rings and Raschig rings. Its function is to increase the gas-liquid contact surface and strongly mix them with each other.

      In chemical products, fillers (also known as fillers) refer to solid materials used to improve the processing performance, mechanical properties, and/or reduce costs of the product.

      In the field of wastewater treatment primarily used for contact oxidation processes, microorganisms will aggregate on the surface of the packing material to increase contact with the wastewater surface and degrade the wastewater.

It is made up of many circular rings and has now become a series of products. Made of materials such as polypropylene, reinforced polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyethylene, etc. In order to meet customer needs and achieve better results, our company has specially designed a regular packing with Taylor flower garland loose pile packing, which is welded with screws and threaded into plates. This packing is a novel design that reduces weight, meets process requirements, increases specific surface area, increases resistance, and reduces porosity, thereby achieving higher efficiency in finished products.

      PP (polypropylene): hardness and resistance to bending>PE (polyethylene), but the hardness also decreases when the temperature decreases. It is more resistant to alkali, acid, salt solvents, and many organic solvents such as alcohol, ketones, and esters. It has a temperature resistance of approximately 90 ℃ and can be used at room temperature of around 70 ℃. Its density is 0.9-0.92g/cm3 and its color is white;

      RPP (Reinforced Polypropylene): It is a mixture of polypropylene with glass fibers or organic fibers, asbestos, or inorganic fillers (talcum powder, calcium carbonate). Generally, industrial glass fiber reinforced polypropylene contains 10-15% fibers. Due to the presence of glass fibers, it has good heat resistance and dimensional stability. The color can be produced in white and beige, with a temperature resistance of ≈ 120 ℃ and acid resistance.

      PVC (polyvinyl chloride): a hard and non flexible thermal engineering plastic with moderate use temperature, alkali, acid, salt solvents, oil, fat, diesel, temperature resistance of ≈ 60 ℃, 1.38g/cm3, transparent white color.

      CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride): Resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, oxidants, etc., with a density of 1.55g/cm3 and a gray color. It is commonly used in fluorine alkali industry projects and is highly resistant to chlorine gas.

      PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride): resistant to high and low temperature alkali, acid, salt solvents, many organic solvents such as alcohol, ketones, esters, nitric acid, H2O2, and almost all chemical substances, with a temperature resistance of ≈ 120 ℃, a density of 0.78g/cm3, and a light yellow color.

      PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene): It has a very high operating temperature, reduced hardness, low creep resistance, temperature resistance of ≈ 180 ℃, and a milky white color.

      HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)/PE (Polyethylene): A hard and non flexible plastic that is also suitable for low temperature, low water absorption alkali, acid, salt solvents, many organic solvents such as alcohol, ketones, esters, with a temperature resistance of ≈ 60 ℃, a density of 0.95g/cm3, and a white color.

      Flame retardant+PP material: Flame retardant materials are materials that can suppress or delay combustion without easily burning themselves, and are widely used in chemical, petroleum and other fields. In recent years, the use of stainless steel distributors in tower internals and packing materials has been introduced in the field of environmental protection to prevent sparks from shallow shooting onto the packing materials during the installation of stainless steel distributors by construction workers.
