1、 Introduction to Polypropylene Conjugated Ring Products
Polypropylene conjugated ring, abbreviated as PP conjugated ring or plastic polypropylene conjugated ring, is a commonly used material for plastic conjugated rings. It can be used for a long time at temperatures up to 100 ℃, with a heat deformation temperature of 127 ℃ and a material density of 0.89-0.91g/cm3. This packing structure absorbs the advantages of saddle shaped packing and ring shaped packing, and has a more compact and symmetrical structure. It is equivalent to splitting the stepped ring in half along the axial direction, and then connecting half of it by reversing 108 °. Each semi-circular component has a semi-circular rib in the middle, which increases the mass transfer surface area, improves mass transfer performance, and prevents stacking between the packing bodies when the packing is loose.
