　　(1) Solving the bottle tightness effect of regular packing towers: In regular packing towers of the same diameter, when the percentage of overflow points produced by a certain section of the filling is too high, Plus corrugated packing can be used instead of conventional corrugated packing;

　　(2) Improving the vacuum degree at the bottom of the pressure reducing tower: Increasing the vacuum degree at the bottom of the pressure reducing tower can improve the extraction rate of the tower, reduce the polymerization degree of materials at the bottom of the tower, and lower the temperature of the pressure reducing furnace or reboiler. Therefore, it is imperative to use low-pressure pressure reducing packing and low-pressure reducing the entire tower internals;

　　(3) Energy saving and efficiency improvement: When there is a compressor behind the atmospheric or pressurized tower, using low-pressure drop packing can reduce the pressure drop of the entire tower, making the operating pressure at the top of the tower slightly higher than the design value, thereby reducing the compression ratio of the compressor and achieving energy saving. If the operating pressure at the top of the tower is maintained constant, the decrease in bottom pressure can increase the extraction rate of components and achieve efficiency improvement.
