　　1、 Product Description:

　　The baffle defogger is mainly composed of fixed devices such as waveform blades, plates, and clamps. In wet desulfurization, the absorption tower is prone to generate "fog" with a particle size of 10-60 microns during operation. "Fog" not only contains moisture, but also dissolves salt, sulfur dioxide, etc., which also causes pollution and severe corrosion of fans, heat exchangers, and flues. Therefore, the wet desulfurization process requires defogging of the absorption equipment, and the purified gas must be defogged before leaving the absorption tower.

　　2、 Working principle

　　Flat plate demister utilizes the principle of water film separation to achieve gas water separation. When smoke with droplets enters the narrow and tortuous channel formed by the herringbone plate, centrifugal force is generated due to the deviation of the streamline, which separates the droplets. The droplets collide with the plate, and some adhere to the surface of the plate to form a water film. They slowly flow down and converge into larger droplets, thus achieving gas water separation.
