The inclined pipe is mainly used for various sedimentation and sand removal purposes, and has been widely and maturely used as a water treatment device in water supply and drainage engineering for more than ten years. II Product Features
1. The wet area is large and the hydraulic radius is small.
2. The laminar flow state is good, and the particle settling is not affected by turbulent flow interference.
When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5 tons/m3 · hour. V is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 millimeters per second, resulting in excellent effluent quality.
4. When using honeycomb inclined pipes at the water intake with a length of 2.0-3.0 meters, they can safely operate and treat high turbidity with a mud and sand content of 50-100 kg/m3.
5. Adopting inclined tube sedimentation tank, its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of accelerated clarification tank and pulse clarification tank.

How to install and debug hexagonal honeycomb packing and inclined tube packing?
1. Installation of sediment discharge pipe at the bottom of sedimentation tank
The installation sequence of inclined sedimentation tanks generally starts from the bottom, and the installation of the bottom sludge discharge pipeline system is completed first to ensure that the sludge discharge pipeline openings meet the design requirements, are firmly fixed, and checked for accuracy before entering the next installation process.
2. Complete the installation of the packing bracket
According to the installation construction drawing of the inclined tube sedimentation tank packing support, first install the packing support in place, check that all welding nodes are secure, that the support strength is sufficient to withstand the weight of the packing, and complete anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of the support.
3. Complete the hot welding of inclined pipe packing
According to the hot stamping method of the inclined tube packing, each inclined tube packing is packaged as a separate hot stamping unit, with one unit measuring 1 square meter after hot stamping. After hot stamping is completed, it is neatly stacked on the site (with a small amount of loose pieces reserved for future use).
4. Assembly inside the inclined tube packing pool
Assemble the hot pressed packing unit from left to right on the upper part of the packing bracket. Always maintain a constant angle of 60 °, and when assembling each unit in sequence, it should be appropriately compressed. If the size is not exactly suitable when assembling to the right, it is necessary to use loose sheet inclined tube filling to heat weld according to the size before assembling until it is fully in place.
5. Fixing the upper part of the inclined pipe packing
Due to the fact that the specific gravity of the inclined pipe packing is 0.92, which is slightly lower than that of water, after the inclined pipe packing is assembled in the tank, a 10mm round steel needs to be pulled from left to right above the packing for reinforcement (two round steel are required to pass through the upper part of each unit packing). The two ends of the round steel are reliably fixed on the sedimentation tank wall. After installing the round steel, it can effectively prevent the possible loosening and floating phenomenon of the inclined pipe packing during initial use. The round steel is anti-corrosion with epoxy coal tar.

6. Operation and commissioning of inclined tube sedimentation tank
(1) Check if the inflow is uniform and not cause any impact on the sedimentation tank, which may affect the sedimentation effect.
(2) Adjust the height and levelness of the water outlet weir to be appropriate, and maintain uniform water discharge.
(3) After the above construction procedures, the installation of the filling material for the inclined pipe sedimentation tank has been completed. After normal use, it is necessary to determine the sludge discharge cycle based on the concentration of suspended solids in the inflow, pay attention to timely sludge discharge, and ensure that the inclined tube sedimentation tank always maintains good operating conditions and water quality.
