The installation of tower equipment is an important step, especially for the installation requirements of corrugated packing towers. If the installation deviation causes the tower body to tilt or the packing to be uneven, it directly affects the contact between gas and liquid in the tower under operating conditions, and affects the efficiency of the tower plate. To ensure tower efficiency, the following issues should be noted during tower installation.
1. The installation requirements of the tower body are that the key to the installation of the tower body is the alignment and leveling of the tower. During alignment and leveling, it should be carried out in two or more directions that are perpendicular to each other in the same plane. After aligning and leveling the tower body, the allowable deviation should comply with the regulations.
2. Technical requirements for packing installation: When installing packing, the following requirements should be considered:
A: The installation of fillers and supporting structures should be balanced and firm, and the channels of the supporting structures should meet the design requirements. The holes should not be blocked.
B: The levelness of the packing support plate after installation should be less than 2/1000 and not greater than 4mm.
C: When installing the wire mesh corrugated packing, the angle between the ripple direction of the wire mesh corrugated sheet specified in the design and the tower axis should be checked to be 30 degrees or 45 degrees, with a permissible deviation of plus or minus 2 degrees.
D: The ripple direction of the next layer of packing should be perpendicular to the supporting grid plate, and the ripple directions of adjacent packing disks should form a 90 degree angle with each other during assembly.
E: When filling the corrugated packing in blocks, it should be loaded from the manhole. Each layer should be filled on both sides of the tower wall first, and then gradually filled towards the middle of the tower. Each block should be fixed with a clamp and compressed during filling.
F: There should be no gap between the packing tray and the tower wall, and the liquid flow guiding device on the tower wall should be intact.
G: The quality and volume of corrugated packing should meet the design requirements.
I: The levelness of the packing installation should meet the requirements.
