      The materials of the flue gas desulfurization baffle defogger blade type defogger and flat plate defogger produced by our company are plastic and metal. The diameter, plate thickness, and plate spacing of the defogger can be customized according to customer needs. The production height of each plate of the baffle defogger blade defogger flat defogger is 175mm, 235mm, 200mm, 250mm, four types. For diameters less than 800mm, they can be made into a whole plate.       Working principle of baffle defogger:

      When a gas containing mist flows through a defogger at a certain speed, due to the inertial impact of the gas, the mist collides with the corrugated plate and the droplets that are gathered are so large that their own gravity exceeds the combined force of the upward lift force of the gas and the surface tension of the liquid, and the droplets are separated from the surface of the corrugated plate. The multi fold structure of the defogger waveform board increases the chance of fog being captured. The unremoved fog is captured by the same action at the next turn, and this repeated action greatly improves the defogging efficiency. After passing through the waveform plate defogger, the gas is basically free of mist. The flue gas passes through the curved channel of the defogger and separates the liquid droplets carried in the airflow under the action of inertia and gravity. The desulfurized flue gas flows through the defogger at a certain speed, and the direction of movement of the flue gas is quickly and continuously changed. Due to the centrifugal force and inertia, the mist droplets in the flue gas collide with the defogger blades and are captured. The mist droplets gather and form a water flow. Due to the action of gravity, they fall into the slurry pool, achieving gas-liquid separation, so that the flue gas flowing through the defogger meets the defogging requirements and is discharged.

      Working principle of wire mesh demister

      When the gas with mist in the wire mesh demister rises through the wire mesh at a certain speed, due to the inertia of the mist rising, the mist collides with the wire mesh filaments and adheres to the surface of the filaments. The diffusion of mist on the surface of the filament and the gravitational settling of the mist result in the formation of larger droplets that flow along the filament to the junction of the two filaments. The wettability of the filament, the surface tension of the liquid, and the capillary action of the filament cause the droplet to become larger and larger, until the aggregated droplet becomes so large that its own gravity exceeds the combined force of the gas lift force and the liquid surface tension, and the droplet separates from the filament and falls down. After passing through the wire mesh demister, the gas is basically free of mist. Separate mist from gas to improve operating conditions, optimize process indicators, reduce equipment corrosion, extend equipment service life, increase processing capacity and recover valuable materials, protect the environment, and reduce air pollution. The structure is simple, the volume is small, the foam removal efficiency is high, the resistance is low, the weight is light, and the installation, operation, and maintenance are convenient. The wire mesh foam remover has a capture efficiency of 98% -99.8% for mist with a particle size of ≥ 3-5um, while the pressure drop of gas passing through the foam remover is very small, only 250-500Pa, which is conducive to improving the production efficiency of the equipment.
