　　Structure of trough type liquid distributor:

　　A slot distributor is composed of slots of varying lengths, which can be divided into main and auxiliary slots. There are two types of auxiliary slots: type and connected type. The liquid first enters the main tank, and then is distributed to each sub tank from the main tank, and then sprayed onto the surface of the packing. To prevent liquid splashing and liquid level fluctuations in the main tank, the flow velocity of the liquid entering the distribution hole in the pipe should not exceed 1.2 m/s. By designing the trough distributor in a modular manner, it can be fed into the tower through a manhole for assembly. Typically, 2-3 troughs are connected together to maintain a consistent liquid level, which facilitates even distribution of the liquid. In order to improve the distribution effect of trough type liquid distributors, baffles are often installed near the spray holes in the design of the structure to break down the liquid flow emitted from the spray holes into droplet clusters, transforming point spraying into line spraying to achieve uniform distribution.
