      Requirements for the production of light pipes: Industrial radiators. The surface of the paint film of the light pipe radiator should be smooth, flat, and uniform, without bubbles, accumulation, flow, or missed spraying; The thickness of the primer shall not be less than 15 μ m, and the thickness of the paint film shall not be less than 60 μ m; The adhesion of the paint film should meet the 1-requirement specified in GB/T1720;

      The impact resistance of the paint film should comply with the provisions of GB/T1732. The material applied to the surface of industrial radiators, light pipes, and radiators should be non-toxic and odorless, and should not produce harmful substances to the human body at high temperatures, nor reduce their physical properties.

      The surface treatment of light pipe radiators is generally not fixed, and it is basically simple. The most common surface treatment is rust proof paint. Some customers require silver powder treatment for aesthetics, while others use it in processing workshops. In order to increase the heat dissipation of the radiator while also requiring aesthetics, they use spraying, high-temperature electrostatic spraying, and the surface is like enamel. High temperature anti-corrosion paint can also be used, but in a sense, there is no clear regulation on how the surface treatment of light pipe radiators should be.
