　　(1) Structural characteristics

　　The two rolling rolls rotate in opposite directions, squeezing and crushing the material with fast crushing speed, non stick rollers, simple and reliable operation, no vulnerable parts, no dust, and no need for auxiliary dust removal equipment.

　　The feed inlet is equipped with a broken block toothed roller, which will not block even if there is a small amount of agglomeration, and can work continuously.

　　(4) Working principle

　　The machine mainly uses the grinding and shearing of the gap between the high-speed running drum and the concave plate. The size of the gap determines the degree of material crushing. The drum speed and diameter can be adjusted. After urea enters the machine body, it hits the body wall and baffle and is crushed. Then, it is ground into powder through the rack between the drum and the concave plate. The gap between the concave plates is adjusted by the adjustment mechanism within the range of 3-12 millimeters to adjust the degree of crushing, and the feeding port adjustment mechanism can control the production volume.

　　(5) Equipment installation

　　1. Place the equipment flat on the floor or platform, fill it flat, and prevent it from shaking during operation.

　　2. Equipment adjustment: After positioning the equipment, check whether the bolts of each component are loose and tighten them securely. Pull the drive belt without power to make the rolling mill idle. If the cleavage is found to be stuck, the distance between the two rollers can be adjusted to solve the problem (there is a gap adjustment device at both ends, marked with the direction of tightening adjustment. Generally, it has been adjusted to the ideal position when it leaves the factory.)

　　3. Power supply: The power supply for the crusher is 380V three-phase electricity. Please refer to the technical parameter table for feeding; After connecting the controller, first jog the device and refer to the direction of the arrow rotation. If it flips, adjust the wiring phase.

　　(6) Operation points

　　Pay attention to the phenomenon of screaming during equipment operation when starting up. Adjust the spacing between the large rollers by adjusting the screw on the side, and adjust the thickness of the powder at the same time. The feeding and crushing can only be carried out when the equipment is operating normally.

　　(7) Equipment maintenance

　　Bearings are frequently lubricated with oil. If the equipment is not used for a long time, the inside of the crusher must be cleaned thoroughly. The two rollers can be brushed clean with a brush and not wiped again. When the crusher is not working, cover the feeding port to prevent foreign objects from entering the rolling mill. The equipment should be operated and maintained by dedicated personnel.
