    Structure and working principle

    working principle

      The machine mainly uses the grinding and shearing of the gap between the high-speed running drum and the concave plate. The size of the gap determines the degree of material crushing. The drum speed and diameter can be adjusted. After urea enters the machine body, it hits the body wall and baffle and is crushed. Then, it is ground into powder through the rack between the drum and the concave plate. The gap between the concave plates is adjusted by the adjustment mechanism within the range of 3-12 millimeters to adjust the degree of crushing, and the feeding port adjustment mechanism can control the production volume.

      The daily cleaning and operation steps of stainless steel crusher are as follows:

      1. After production is completed, turn off the power and deliver the materials in production to the intermediate station according to the material entry and exit procedures.

      2. Hang the equipment to be cleaned status sign.

      3. Open the crusher and move the collection bag, sieve, detachable air duct, etc. into the cleaning room sink.

      4. Inject about 2/3 volume of 30-40 ℃ warm water into the sink, soak for 10-30 minutes, and then wash the powder bag repeatedly with running water until it is clean; Wash the sieve and air duct with a soft bristled brush to make the water clear. Rinse three times with ionized water. Dry in a clean area of the same level as the crushing room and set aside for later use.

      5. Use a clean cloth dipped in warm water to repeatedly wipe the material inlet, inner chamber, material outlet, and powder collection room of the crusher until they are clean.

      6. Use deionized water to wipe and clean the inner wall of the crusher, powder conveying pipe, and cyclone separator.

      7. Use a clean dry towel to dry the above parts.

      8. Wipe the floor of the operation room, distribution cabinet, motor, and operation cabinet clean.

      9. After the cloth bag and sieve are dried, install all parts of the crusher in the reverse order of disassembly.

      10. Clean and flush the floor of the operation room until there is no dust or water accumulation on the ground.

      11. Fill in the clearance record.
