　　1. Overview:

　　The CZ-4B weighing type fully automatic filling machine consists of a linearly arranged weighing platform (with roller conveyor), a chain push rod in and out bottle mechanism, fast and slow filling (with cylinder diving) mechanisms, a feeding transition box, weighing control instruments, and programmable control units. The liquid filling scale can meet the needs of automatic filling of various liquids, and can meet the filling of liquid without foam and with foam.

　　2. Equipment features:

　　2.1. The use of American Mettler Toledo METTLER TOLEDO weighing sensors and control instruments ensures high precision in filling measurement. The weighing sensor adopts a unique ball feeding method to ensure smooth bottle dispensing after filling.

　　2.2. Adopt fast and slow filling valves to ensure measurement accuracy without affecting the overall filling speed. Equipped with a motor-driven filling head diving mechanism, it can smoothly descend and fill on or below the liquid surface.

　　2.3. The filling head is equipped with a rotatable liquid receiving cup. After filling is completed, the liquid receiving cup collects the remaining materials on the filling head to prevent material leakage and contamination of the bottle mouth.

　　2.4 The weighing control instrument has a standard RS-485 interface, and the system adopts digital control. Adjustment and setting are all implemented on the touch screen. The gross weight or net weight filling method can be set, and the actual filling amount is displayed in real-time on the touch screen, which is convenient and intuitive.

　　2.5. Empty bottle detection, no filling without bottles; Anti collision bottle design, automatic reset if bottle orientation or position is incorrect.

　　2.6. The independent electrical box is designed with sealing, reasonable layout, and easy maintenance. The main components (PLC programmable controller, human-machine interface, frequency converter, switch power supply, etc.) are all imported components from Schneider International in France, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.

　　2.7. The material in contact with the material is 304 stainless steel, and the sealing material between the filling scale and the material is polytetrafluoroethylene.
