　　Product Overview

　　The HA-818B combustible gas alarm (hereinafter referred to as the alarm) is a highly stable semiconductor sensor, characterized by high stability and low sensitivity drift. Used for indoor detection of combustible gas leaks, preventing the hazards caused by gas leaks, and widely used for safety monitoring in places such as homes, hotels, and apartments where combustible gases exist. It can detect natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and artificial coal gas.

　　This alarm is of AC and DC types. After the alarm, a pair of relay passive contact signals can be output (normally open or normally closed can be set by jumper), which are used to control ventilation equipment or provide normally open or normally closed alarm contacts for other equipment.

　　When the alarm detects a combustible gas leak and reaches the alarm concentration set by the alarm, the red LED of the alarm flashes,

　　Installation Instructions

　　1. The alarm should be installed at a distance of less than 30cm from the ceiling, more than 2cm from the ceiling and walls, and less than 8m from kitchen utensils.

　　2. During installation, the hanging board should be fixed first, then the lead out wire should be inserted, and the alarm should be screwed into the base. as shown in the figure below

　　Precautions

　　1. The alarm should be installed in a location that is easy to observe and easy to check with a jet.

　　2. The alarm should be installed in rooms with gas appliances that may experience gas leaks, while gas leaks in other rooms may not trigger an alarm.

　　3. It is strictly prohibited to vibrate, drop, or impact the alarm during installation, otherwise the alarm will fail.

　　4. The installation position of the alarm should not face the oil and smoke directly.

　　5. The alarm should not be installed in areas with good ventilation or high airflow.

　　6. The alarm cannot be obscured by other objects.

　　7. Alarm devices should not be installed near vibrating objects such as refrigerators and air conditioners.
