When installing the pump, the static grounding resistance of the pump and pipeline should meet the specified requirements.

3. Correct the installation clearance and coaxiality of the pump coupling and motor coupling, with an allowable deviation of 0.1 mm for different shaft degrees. The height difference between the pump shaft and motor shaft can be adjusted by placing copper or iron on the feet.
4. Check after 3-4 hours of actual operation of the machine. If there are no adverse phenomena, it is considered to have been installed correctly. During the trial operation, the temperature of the bearings should be checked. The temperature of the bearing body should not exceed 70 ° C.
If the pump bearing body is equipped with a cooling water device, and the inner hole of the cooling water device of the hose or plastic pipe of the cooling water device is Φ 12, the thread size is M12 × 1.75.
If a one-way valve is installed on the outlet pipeline of the pump and the pump cannot smoothly discharge gas during the self-priming process, a small exhaust pipe and valve should be connected to the outlet of the pump.
Fire pump model
1. This series of self-priming pumps are lubricated with calcium based butter and No. 10 engine oil according to their working conditions. If the pump is lubricated with grease, it should be regularly filled with butter in the bearing box. Use an oil lubrication pump. If the oil level is insufficient, please add enough oil.
2. Check if the stored liquid in the pump casing is higher than the upper edge of the impeller. If it is insufficient, you can directly inject the storage fluid into the pump body through the oil injection port on the pump housing. If the storage liquid is insufficient, the operation should not be started. Otherwise, the pump will not function properly and the mechanical seals are easily damaged.
3. Check if the rotating parts of the pump are stuck by electromagnetic collision.
4. Check if the bottom of the pump body and the joints are loose.
5. Check the coaxiality and parallelism of the pump shaft and motor shaft.
6. Check if there is any leakage in the inlet pipeline. If there is a leak, efforts must be made to eliminate it.
7. Open the valve of the suction pipeline. Slightly open (not fully open) the outlet control valve.
