Description of stabilizing pump
In the fire protection system, the function of the stabilizing pump is to maintain a corresponding normal water pressure in the system at all times. Ensure that there is normal water pressure released within a certain time frame during a fire alarm, so that there is time to start the corresponding fire pump. The voltage regulator cabinet is automatically controlled by an electric contact pressure gauge to operate and stop the voltage regulator pump. Set an upper limit and a lower limit on the pressure gauge. When the water pressure drops to the lower limit (position) pressure, start the stabilizing pump and gradually increase the water pressure. Stop the stabilizing pump when the set upper limit is reached. The stabilizing group consists of two water pumps, one in use and one as backup. The backup pump automatically switches between the two pumps, and if the working pump fails, it automatically switches to another pump for operation, serving as a backup for each other.
1. The touch screen free control cabinet is composed of small terminals 32, 33, and 38, which are connected to the electrical contact pressure gauge. 32 is the common terminal (also the yellow wire of the power terminal), 33 is connected to the lower limit of the pressure gauge (green wire), and 38 is connected to the upper limit of the pressure gauge (red wire).

The touch screen control cabinet is connected to the electrical contact pressure gauge through small terminals+24V, IN2, IN3. +Connect 24V to the common terminal (power terminal) and connect to the yellow line of the pressure gauge. Connect IN2 to the lower limit and the green line on the pressure gauge. Connect IN3 to the upper limit red line of the pressure gauge. The touch screen is set to automatic mode, with terminals+24V and 203 to receive fire signals. When the fire signal reaches the stabilizing pump, it will stop working. Use water level terminals+24V and 205 to detect the water level. When the water level is low, stop the stabilizing pump. If there is an electrical malfunction, the fault can be displayed on the screen. The touch screen is used to record work status and query settings, as well as export record functions.
