　　3. Structural description

　　The XBD-ISG pump is a vertical structure, with its inlet and outlet ports located on the same horizontal line

　　Adopting the Y series electric motor, it is elastically connected to the pump to transmit power

　　Pump shaft: stainless steel or carbon steel and low noise rolling bearings are selected; Enhanced the service life of the shaft and reduced noise.

　　Pump cover: Carefully designed. The same pump cover can be equipped with both mechanical seals and packing seals

　　Mechanical seal: Made in China, the high-pressure mechanical seal has a long operating life, no leakage, no wear on the shaft, no accumulation of water and dirt, ensuring a clean working environment.

　　Pressure tap: Install pressure gauge or vacuum pressure gauge.

　　Pump body: The extrusion chamber and suction vortex chamber are made of excellent hydraulic models, which are both beautiful and efficient. They are equipped with installation feet for easy installation and smooth operation.

　　Drain hole: used for draining water when the pump is not in use

　　Air release valve: When injecting water, exhaust the air inside the pump to ensure the normal start of the pump

　　Impeller: Made of bronze or cast iron, the cast iron parts have undergone corrosion resistance tests. The hydraulic model using IS type pump impeller has the characteristics of high efficiency and no hump in the performance curve.
