　　Product Introduction

　　The breathable film unit is a combination of casting equipment and MDO longitudinal drawing equipment, which can produce both cast film and breathable film. By adding approximately 50% Caco3, the breathable membrane has a unique microporous structure after being stretched by MDO. These high-density microporous structures distributed on the surface of the film can allow liquid or water vapor molecules to pass through while blocking liquid leakage, hence the term 'breathable membrane'. The distinctive feature of breathable film is not only its breathability, but also its textile like feel. It is an ideal choice for the bottom film of diapers and sanitary napkins.

　　1. Main components

　　● Drying unit

　　Adopting a raw material drying system, PLC programming control, and PID temperature control system, the sealed hot air achieves efficient moisture absorption.

　　● Multi component metering, weighing, and feeding unit

　　Composed of a batching device, a vacuum feeder, a measuring and conveying device, a weighing device, a mixing device, etc., it can achieve precise measurement of the melt extrusion amount to ensure stable extrusion.

　　● Unit

　　Using a Φ 150 screw, made of 38CrMoA material, nitrided treatment, with a nitride layer thickness of 0.5-0.7mm, surface hardness>HV920, and an extrusion rate of approximately 500kg/h. The material drum is cooled by a low-noise fan. The gearbox adopts alloy gears, processed by special grinding technology, and designed with high output torque to reduce machine noise and extend its service life. Configure a melt metering gear pump, a cylindrical fully hydraulic screen changing device, and a pressure measuring sensor.

　　2. Production process

　　After the dried resin raw materials are melted and plasticized by an extruder, they enter the casting T-die through a filter and connecting tube, and are extruded through a narrow slit die lip. The film is directly attached to the rapid cooling roller, cooled and re solidified by two cooling rollers. Subsequently, the film is measured by a thickness gauge, and then longitudinally stretched by a preheating roller and a stretching roller. After shaping, cooling, and corona discharge, thicker edges are cut off and wound into film rolls using a fully automatic winding device for online slitting, resulting in cylindrical film products.

　　This production line adopts various innovative extrusion processes that have been carefully developed. Compared with other production lines for film casting, it has an energy-saving configuration combination and performs outstandingly in manufacturing and processing technology, demonstrating excellent comprehensive performance:

　　For film forming and temperature control of various heating and cooling processes, the temperature control accuracy of the production line reaches ± 1 ℃

　　After multiple production tests, it can effectively save operating costs and enable users to recover;

　　After testing, the precision of film forming has reached ± 1% to ± 3%, saving raw materials and production costs;

　　The mechanical line speed of the production line reaches 200m/min, which can achieve high speed and high production capacity in the production process;

　　Reasonable design, safe and reliable, with a wide range of applications.

　　After operation and testing, it is currently the fastest and most advanced production line for breathable plastic film. The breathable plastic film produced by this production line has a humidity of 90%.

　　After-sales service

　　Prior to equipment delivery, the supplier shall provide training to the user, including both theoretical and practical aspects.

　　The equipment is installed, debugged, and trained before leaving the factory or after arriving at the user.
