After cleaning the sample with distilled water, it should be washed again with anhydrous ethanol, and then placed in an electric drying oven for drying. After reaching a constant weight, it should be taken out and cooled in a dryer for later use.

《 2 》Take 10g of dried acid resistant brick sample from the dryer and place it in a conical flask. Add various common acid mixed solutions with a weight percentage of 10%. Shake well and connect to a reflux condenser. Heat in a water bath at around 90 ℃ for 5 hours. Shake the conical flask once every 2.5 hours.

《 3 》Take out the conical flask, add an appropriate amount of distilled water, let it stand and cool for 15 minutes, and pour out the acid solution on the top of the flask. Then wash the acid resistant bricks of the sample repeatedly with distilled water until there is no acidic reaction, rinse with anhydrous ethanol, and dry in an electric drying oven until constant weight.

Four; Weigh and measure the acid resistant bricks after corrosion to 0.1mg. The weight after corrosion should not exceed 0.2% of the weight before testing.
