    Description :

      12 processes of pasting acid resistant bricks L

      ① Thoroughly clean the surface of the base layer and water it to keep it moist;

      ② Use dry and hard mortar with a consistency of 0~1 cm to base and level the surface, and add hair to the hands;

      ③ Calculate the vertical and horizontal skin numbers based on the tiling area and brick size, and draw gray lines,

      ④ Carefully select bricks and use acid resistant bricks of different colors, specifications, and sizes separately,

      ⑥ Apply mixed mortar on the back of acid resistant bricks;

      ⑦ Stick the acid resistant bricks coated with mortar from bottom to top according to the marked line position;

      ⑧ Use a small shovel to lightly tap the brick surface; Fill the mortar tightly,

      ⑨ After the acid resistant bricks are pasted, each layer should be leveled horizontally with a ruler board;

      ⑩ Inspect the acid resistant bricks that have been pasted one by one, and if there are any lumps of ash, remove the bricks and add ash for re pasting. Do not fill the brick mouth with ash to avoid hollowing;

      After the acid resistant bricks are pasted, white cement or lime paste should be used to fill the joints. If bending or twisting is found in the seams during helmet inspection, a knife or iron plate can be used to evenly align the seams;

      After the inspection, the acid resistant brick surface must be washed clean with clean water. If there are stains or unclean areas on the brick surface, they can be washed with dilute or acetic acid, and then washed with clean water; After tiling the bricks, they should be protected at all times and covered for maintenance.
