　　The base surface should be flat and smooth, without sanding, hollowing, sand holes, or unevenness, ensuring that the base is clean and dry, and the moisture content of the base must be less than 9%;

　　Internal and external corners, corners, or areas with embedded parts should be made into arcs or octagonal angles;

　　The grassroots acceptance has been completed;

　　process flow

　　Base surface cleaning → snap line trial laying → node reinforcement treatment → laying PVC waterproofing membrane → hot air welding → inspection and repair → organization and acceptance;

　　Construction steps of waterproofing membrane

　　◆ Clean and level the grassroots;

　　◆ Laying PVC waterproofing membrane: Arrange the PVC waterproofing membrane on the base layer according to the control position of the snap line. The membrane should be flat, straight, and not twisted. The overlap width should be ≥ 80mm, and the short side joints should be staggered by 300mm and cut appropriately;

　　Roll overlap: Each overlap edge is welded using a welding machine, and if double welds are used, inflation testing is required;

　　Node repair: Cut the coil sheet with a suitable shape and use a handheld welding gun to weld the sheet onto the coil;

　　PVC waterproof roll wrap: The wrap wrap is fixed with a pressure strip and sealed with sealant;

　　Precautions

　　The construction temperature is above -5 ℃;

　　The product should be stored on a flat and non waterlogged ground, with a stacking height of no more than four rolls. Waterproof board storage must be covered with opaque materials;

　　The construction site and the warehouse where materials are stored must be well ventilated, and smoking is strictly prohibited. Fire prevention should also be taken into account during transportation;

　　Under normal conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
