High viscosity anti water sliding rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a single component waterproof coating prepared using polymer modified asphalt technology. This product has the advantages of environmental friendliness and construction convenience of water-based coatings. At the same time, due to the addition of various special additives, it has the characteristics of strong bonding force and high elongation after curing. It is particularly suitable for the composite use of underground vertical walls and rolls, and is most suitable for mechanized spraying construction.

The theoretical dosage for a 1.0mm thick coating is approximately 1.8 kg/m2.
Construction process flow:
Grassroots treatment → Coating+non-woven fabric node additional layer → Coating application → Second coating application → Third coating application (if necessary) → Inspection and acceptance → Laying of waterproofing membrane → Joint treatment → Inspection and acceptance → Finished product protection
Key construction processes:
·Grassroots treatment: The base should be solid, flat, free of dust and oil stains, and the unevenness and staggered joints should be polished or repaired;
·Construction of detailed additional layer: The internal and external corners, construction joints, and other additional layers are reinforced with a "coating+non-woven fabric" method (non-woven fabric should be used at 60-80g/m2). First, apply a layer of coating at the detailed nodes, and lay the non-woven fabric reinforcement additional layer before the coating surface dries. After compaction and adhesion, apply another layer of coating on the non-woven fabric surface.
·Large surface coating construction: Mechanized spraying is used (roller coating method can also be used), and the spraying should adopt the "cross cross" spraying method. The wet film thickness of each spray should not exceed 1.0mm, and the spraying should be uniform without any exposed substrate or accumulation.
·After the coating has dried, the second coat of coating can be sprayed. After the second coat of coating has dried, the third coat can be sprayed (the amount of the third coat can be controlled according to the design thickness and on-site measured thickness). After the coating has dried and passed the acceptance inspection, the roll can be laid.
Storage and transportation
·The product should be stored in a well ventilated and dry environment to prevent direct sunlight exposure. The storage temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃.
·Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months.
Precautions·
·It is strictly prohibited to dilute the paint with water.
·The construction temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃. Construction should not be carried out when the temperature is below 0 ℃ or on rainy days (including expected rain within 6 hours after completion of construction).
·The interval between two coats of paint should not exceed 24 hours.
