Description :

　　Double reactive waterproof adhesive is a revolutionary waterproof adhesive material that uses natural asphalt as raw material and integrates rubber, modified resin materials, and petroleum based reactive substances for comprehensive modification. 　　Product Features

　　1. Reactive type: It has a series of materials with unique primary and secondary chemical reaction processes, which can form a waterproof bonding layer with high elasticity and plasticity, and has excellent high and low temperature resistance.

　　2. High penetration curing effect: It can penetrate to a depth of 5-10mm in the bottom layer of concrete, repair micro defects in cement concrete, block seepage holes, and achieve waterproof effect.

　　3. Waterproofing with elastoplastic adhesive material: During the implementation of the pavement layer, high temperature will accelerate the rapid dual reaction, generating an elastoplastic waterproof bonding layer, avoiding the piercing effect of hot asphalt pavement on the waterproof bonding layer, while ensuring the waterproof effect of the waterproof bonding material during use.

　　4. Excellent bonding performance: The bonding strength reaches over 1.0MPa, which can form a complete structural layer between the asphalt concrete surface layer and the cement concrete bridge deck.

　　Construction technology

　　After the interface is clean, rough, and completely dry, the construction of the double reactive bridge deck waterproof adhesive can be carried out. It can be applied manually or sprayed mechanically.

　　Required equipment:

　　Bridge deck cleaning equipment (sandblasting machine);

　　Manual construction: Roll coating tools;

　　Mechanical spraying: High pressure airless spraying machine, including complete equipment such as air compressor.

　　Construction method

　　1) Artificial coating

　　Before construction, pour it into a container of appropriate size, stir gently for 3-5 minutes, and have the operator evenly apply it to the cement concrete or other treatment surface with a roller, paying attention to rolling it as evenly as possible.

　　2) Spraying construction

　　Before construction, mix the materials in the container evenly, and then inject the mixed materials into the spraying equipment - high-pressure airless spraying machine. The construction personnel should hold the spray gun to spray evenly.

　　Dosage: 0.4kg-0.6kg/m2.

　　5、 Scope of application

　　Suitable for waterproofing projects such as highway bridges, urban overpasses, and culverts, it can prevent steel corrosion caused by water seepage on concrete bridge decks and improve the service life of beams.

　　6、 Precautions

　　1. This product is suitable for use in an environment between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃. During the construction process, it must be protected from rain, hot sunlight, and frost.

　　2. If there is precipitation, it does not affect the quality. Stir well and it can be used normally.

　　3. Material storage: High temperature exposure is strictly prohibited. If the bucket lid is opened, it should be sealed immediately after use; Pay attention to antifreeze at 0 ℃.

　　7、 Reference dosage

　　When the base surface is flat, the theoretical dosage is 1.2-1.5kg/㎡ (twice), and the specific dosage depends on the situation.

　　8、 Shelf life:

　　Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is one year.
