　　4. Working process:

　　The working process of fiber rotary disc filter can be divided into two basic processes: filter disc reverse suction and sewage filtration.

　　1) Filter disk reverse suction process

　　As the sewage filtration process progresses, suspended sludge particles will gradually accumulate on the surface of the filter cloth, resulting in a low filtration flux and an increase in the liquid level of the tank. When the liquid in the tank exceeds the set value, the liquid level gauge will transmit this signal to the PLC, which will open the electric valve and reverse suction pump connected to the connecting pipeline. At this time, the double row suction cups on both sides of the filter disc will simultaneously reverse suction the filter disc under the negative pressure of the reverse suction pump. Then, the filter cloth fibers will change from a dense layer filtration state to a fluffy and upright reverse suction state, and the deposited sludge on the filter cloth will be smoothly sucked out. At the same time of reverse suction, the driving motor drives the driving mechanism to slowly move the entire hollow water outlet shaft, arc-shaped connecting piece, and rotating filter disc. One rotation completes the reverse suction process on a rotating filter disc until each set of filter discs is cleaned, completing one reverse suction process. The reverse suction pump sends the extracted sludge to the front-end inlet system for further treatment. The reverse suction process of the filter disc is an intermittent and periodic process that only occurs when the liquid level or time interval reaches the set conditions.

　　2) Sewage filtration process

　　The sewage treated by the secondary sedimentation tank first enters the tank through the inlet on the tank body of the fiber disc filter, and then enters the inlet weir around the tank body. The water is evenly distributed to each rotating filter disc through the weir mouth of the inlet weir. After water distribution, it is filtered through the filter cloth under the action of water pressure difference. The filtered clean water enters the filter disc skeleton and passes through the water holes on the arc-shaped connecting piece and the hollow outlet shaft in sequence. Finally, it flows into the empty water shaft and overflows through the adjustable outlet weir through the water hole on the partition wall before flowing out from the outlet. Fiber rotary disc filter is a continuous operation equipment, that is, the sewage filtration process is a continuous process. When the filter disc needs to perform reverse suction, other filter discs are left to filter normally without the need for the whole machine to stop. As long as there is a continuous flow of water entering the filter tank, the sewage can be continuously filtered and purified through the filter disc.
