1. Model Introduction:The TBQ submersible aerator overcomes challenges such as negative pressure intake, turbulent oscillation, and directional flow at low speeds. When a strong negative pressure zone is formed in the front and rear areas of the impeller when the main shaft rotates, air is sucked into the water. The sucked air is strongly sheared, crushed, and emulsified by the high-speed rotating liquid, and the diameter of the bubbles rapidly decreases, promoting the rapid and sufficient diffusion of oxygen molecules from the gas phase to the liquid phase, achieving good water gas synthesis.
2. Performance characteristics:
1) High oxygenation efficiency, power efficiency can reach 1.6~2.2kgO2/kw · h;
2) Realize deep water aeration, secondary dissolved oxygen, small bubble diameter, large specific surface area, uniform mixing of gas, liquid, and mud, sufficient dissolved oxygen, and good treatment effect;
3) By utilizing the deep water negative pressure intake and high displacement linear propulsion characteristics of the impeller, the machine not only has aeration assistance, but also has stirring propulsion function, suitable for water depths of 2-5.5m;
4) Easy and flexible installation, various installation methods such as fixed installation and floating installation can be used according to needs (see installation methods);
5) Not limited by the size of the pool, the model can be configured according to the required oxygen level, with one machine per pool or multiple machines per pool;
6) The cable outlet adopts a special structure, which eliminates accidental factors such as water leakage, electric leakage, short circuit, and stator coil burnout caused by human pulling, cable jacket breakage, cable aging, etc., effectively reducing the probability of water ingress and failure in the upper part of the whole machine;
7) Considering the possible situations that may occur during the start-up and operation of the submersible aerator, multiple warning sensors are built-in, including leakage in the wiring room, motor chamber, and oil chamber, as well as temperature rise in the upper and lower bearings and motor coils. There are protections such as phase loss, short circuit, overcurrent, and water level control in the external control cabinet.
8) The submersible aerator uses three bearings, with a self-lubricating bearing with a sealed cover at the upper end and a radial thrust bearing and a ball bearing at the lower end. The structure ensures that all bearings operate under effective lubrication conditions, improving the service life of bearings and mechanical seals, and reducing pump vibration and noise.
9) The product adopts a dual sealed patented structure.
3. Scope of use:This product can be widely used in municipal, petroleum, chemical, printing and dyeing, tanning, food, paper making, textile and other industries for sewage treatment, as well as for reaeration and water purification of rivers, lakes, aquaculture, etc.

6. Installation method:
1) Fixed installation
Fixed installation can be divided into three types: platform installation, pool bottom installation, and slide installation
a、 Platform installation: Build a dedicated installation platform (or use a tubular frame), install the host on the platform and fix it (see figure below). This installation method is suitable for fixed water level situations.
b、 Bottom installation: Simply place the aerator at the bottom of the pool and fix one end of two (or more) cables to the main machine and the other end to the pool wall (see figure below). The advantage of this method is that it does not affect the overall aesthetics and has a lower investment cost, but it can only be applied to pool bottoms with a certain degree of hardness.
c、 Slide installation: Place the aerator along the slide in the design position, and adjust the height as the water level changes (see figure below).
2) Floating installation
No need to build an installation platform, simply install the host on the float. There are three ways to fix the float:
a、 Anchor fixation: Fix one end of the stainless steel cable to the lifting ring screw of the float and the other end to the anchor. Throw the anchor to the bottom of the pool about 5 meters from the center of the centrifugal aerator. This fixed method is generally suitable for situations with large amounts of water, such as oxidation ponds, lakes, etc. Note: When using this installation method, the water level should not change too much, otherwise it may cause cable entanglement; At the same time, it cannot be used for the bottom of mixed mud pools.
b、 Pile driving fixation: This fixation method is similar to anchor fixation, as long as the anchor is replaced with a pile, and the length of the pile is determined by the soil at the bottom of the pool.
c、 Cable fixation: This method is the simplest, as long as one end of two or three cables (steel wire rope or nylon rope) is fixed to the lifting ring screw of the float, and the other end is fixed to the pool wall. To meet the needs of water level changes in SBR and other processes, our company also has stainless steel springs that can meet a 3-meter water level fluctuation range. When the equipment is running, it will slightly rotate an angle to change the direction of water flow in a small range, making sludge mixing more uniform and achieving better results.
