    1. Product Introduction:The GSJ (dry) and QSJ (submersible) series hyperbolic mixers are new products developed by our company through the introduction of foreign technology. It is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, chemical engineering, energy, and light industry for solid, liquid, and gas mixing and stirring of liquids, especially in coagulation tanks, regulating tanks, anaerobic tanks, nitrification and denitrification tanks in sewage treatment work. The hyperbolic mixer consists of transmission components, impeller, base, lifting system, and electrical control.

      The unique impeller structure plan maximizes the integration of fluid characteristics and mechanical activity. The surface of a hyperbolic impeller is a curved body composed of curves rotating along the y-axis; In order to cater to water activities, it is planned to introduce water from the middle of the impeller, which reduces the turbulent flow of the water and ensures the average pressure of the liquid on the surface of the impeller, thus ensuring the balance of the parts under active conditions.

      1) QSJ installation method:

      Figure 1 shows the mixer being directly lifted into position using a long arm crane.

      Figure 2 shows the use of manual winch lifting through the walkway bridge set by the pool.

      Both of the above methods are direct lifting and positioning relying on the self weight of the equipment.

      4) Before installation, a qualified electrician should inspect the motor and electrical equipment to determine the direction of rotation. The minimum working distance between the impeller and the pool bottom should be 300mm, and the pool bottom should be flat, sturdy, and free of construction waste.

      5) Consider the installation dimensions of the impeller inlet and outlet in a closed pool.
