QJB submersible mixer
1. Product Introduction:Submersible mixer is one of the key equipment in water treatment process. In the water treatment process, it can achieve the process requirements of homogenization and flow of solid-liquid two-phase flow and solid-liquid gas three-phase flow in the biochemical process. The components of a submersible mixer include a submersible motor, impeller, and installation system.
2. Usage scenario:Submersible mixing (pushing flow) machines are mainly used for mixing, stirring, and circulating in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes, and can also be used as maintenance equipment for landscape water environments. By stirring, they can create water flow, improve water quality, increase oxygen content in water, and effectively prevent the deposition of suspended solids.
3. Product features:
1) The submersible mixer is a direct coupled structure, which has the advantages of compact structure, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance compared to traditional high-power motors that reduce speed through reducers.
2) The impeller is precision cast or stamped, with high precision, high thrust, and a simple and beautiful streamlined shape.

6. Installation method and size:
There are multiple installation methods for submersible mixers, and here are four of the most common installation diagrams for submersible mixers. Please refer to the following table for dimensions. Our company can also make special designs according to customer needs.

Note: 1) The specialized installation system for submersible mixers can quickly install and disassemble the mixer without the need to discharge sewage from the pool;
2) The installation system I is only applicable to pools with a depth of ≤ 3m and can adjust the angle in both horizontal and vertical directions;
3) Install systems II and III, the guide rod can rotate horizontally around the Z-axis with a rotation angle of ± 60 °;
4) When H>5m, a support frame should be added between the installation system II and III guide rods;
5) The support frame and lower bracket are fixed to the pool wall and bottom with expansion bolts or chemical anchor bolts, and it is recommended to install embedded parts;
6) When the customer places an order, please provide a pool depth and pool shape diagram to determine the size of the guide rod and the number of support frames;
7) The installation system material is available in two options: stainless steel and carbon steel for corrosion prevention;
8) Multiple mixers can share a mobile lifting system.

7. Product selection:The selection of a submersible mixer is a complex task, and the correctness of the selection plan directly affects the normal use of the equipment. As a principle of selection, it is to ensure that the mixer can fully perform its mixing function within the suitable volume. This standard can generally be determined by the flow rate. According to the different process requirements of sewage treatment plants, the ideal flow rate for selecting the mixer should be between 0.15~0.3 m/s. So before selecting, it is necessary to determine where the submersible mixer will be used, such as in a sewage tank or a biochemical tank. Secondly, the parameters of the medium, such as suspended solids content, temperature, pH value, as well as the shape, depth, and installation method of the tank, will have an impact on the selection. At the same time, energy-saving factors should also be considered, which will affect the user's operating costs in the later stage.
