      The metal bridge system should have reliable electrical connections and be grounded. The technical requirements for protecting circuit continuity are: the connection resistance at the cross contact should be less than or equal to 50mQ; the connection resistance at the non-contact point should be less than or equal to 5mQ/m. Fiberglass cable trays can be equipped with dedicated grounding wires along the entire length of the tray as needed. The cross-sectional area size can be determined according to the provisions of 8.4.3.2.3 in GB7251.1-2013 or negotiated between the user and the manufacturer.

      The cable tray should provide sufficient mechanical strength in addition to its own weight, and should also include the mechanical load that the wires and cables can withstand. The safety of product use is the main basis for determining safe working load (SWL).

      To ensure the safety of the product, the following requirements should be met:

      a) The required mechanical strength can be obtained by selecting the thickness and shape of the material, or by obtaining the fixed bracket distance specified by the manufacturer

      The deflection value of the cross arm or side wall fixed support arm of the steel product rack when subjected to a safe working load (SWL) should not exceed 1/100 of the length of the support hanger itself. When the support arm is made of aluminum profile, it should not exceed 1/150. Raise the arm by 1/100.
