Fire resistant cable tray
Fire resistant cable trays should meet the requirements of different fire resistance levels given in Table 5.
Fire resistant cable trays can be divided into:
a) Composite fire-resistant cable tray
The outer layer is made of galvanized steel and coated with steel structure fireproof coating, while the inner layer is a non-metallic fireproof layer.
b) Ordinary fire-resistant cable tray
After galvanizing, the inner and outer layers of the pot are coated with steel structure fireproof coating or made of non-metallic refractory materials.
c) Other structural types of fire-resistant cable trays
Determined by the user and manufacturer, but should comply with the 5.9 fire resistance rating test regulations.
Non metallic fire-resistant materials in fire-resistant cable trays shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.2.5.
When the surface of fire-resistant cable trays is coated with steel structure fireproof coating, the coating performance should comply with the provisions of 5.2 in GB14907-2002.
