Product Description: Hydraulic tests must be conducted on steel pipes that can withstand fluid pressure to test their pressure resistance and quality. It is qualified if there is no leakage, wetting or expansion under the specified pressure. Some steel pipes also need to undergo edge rolling tests, expansion tests, flattening tests, etc. according to standards or requirements of the demand. 310S stainless steel pipes are made by piercing steel ingots or solid billets into rough tubes, which are then hot-rolled, cold-rolled, or cold drawn.
2520 stainless steel pipe is a type of seamless steel pipe, and its performance is much higher than that of ordinary seamless steel pipes. Because this type of stainless steel pipe contains more Cr, its high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance are unmatched by other seamless steel pipes. Therefore, 310S stainless steel pipe is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and boiler.
2520 stainless steel pipe grade; 1Cr25Ni20Si2 (310S) 2520 austenitic steel has good oxidation resistance, processability, and weldability. Due to its high nickel content and stable structure, it is generally treated with solid solution, high-temperature furnace tubes, and heating furnace rollers, and can be used up to 1200 ℃.
