      Introduction to Stainless Steel Bridge

Stainless steel cable trays are made of stainless steel plates of different types, and the surface generally does not require treatment. The strength and corrosion resistance of the cable tray are much higher than those of ordinary cable trays. Stainless steel cable trays have strong resistance to corrosion such as alkali, nitrate alkali, etc., high bearing capacity, high tensile strength, and good mechanical properties, which provide good anti-corrosion protection for industrial cables in special environments.

Stainless steel cable trays are suitable for laying cables with larger diameters, especially for laying high and low voltage power cables.

Cold rolled steel (stainless steel) bridge frame

According to Article 3.6.1 of the Design Specification for Steel Cable Tray Engineering CECS31:2006, cold-rolled plates are recommended for cable trays and ladder frames. Hot rolled plates can be used under the condition of meeting strength requirements.

The material selection for trough boxes, trays, and ladders is first recommended to be cold-rolled steel plates instead of hot-rolled steel plates. This is because hot-rolled steel plates have uneven temperature and temperature drop during the hot rolling process, resulting in uneven thickness, inconsistent performance, surface scars, and pressure pits. On the other hand, cold-rolled steel plates have a flat surface, high smoothness, and better surface protection treatment than hot-rolled steel plates.

Unless otherwise specified, stainless steel cable trays are generally made of cold-rolled steel.
