　　1、 Fully automatic batching system

　　Automatically complete the batching of several raw materials according to the set weight ratio. The batching system completes the batching of each material in sequence according to the set order and weight. Firstly, the horizontal screw machine of silo 1 feeds the weighing scale hopper, starting with large feeding. When the weight of material 1 approaches the set value, it automatically changes to fine feeding. When the weight reaches the target value, silo 1 stops feeding; Complete the batching of materials 2, 3, 4, 5 in sequence according to the same principle; Several materials have been mixed and received a discharge signal from the control system. The weighing hopper's door opening and closing mechanism is activated to open the material door for discharge; The material is discharged completely, the material door is automatically closed, and the next batching process begins.

　　2. Double screw belt mixing mechanism, designed for three-dimensional composite movement of materials in left, right, up, and down directions, capable of rapid and uniform mixing.

　　3. The unloading mechanism is designed with pneumatic opening and closing doors, which can unload the material cleanly except for a small amount of material stored at the bottom of the cylinder.

　　4. The loading position detection switch on the upper cover of the mixer will sound an alarm if the material level is still high when the unloading mechanism is closed.

　　5. All parts in contact with the material are made of imported 304L stainless steel.
