　　The conveyor belt continuously transports the bottles forward until they are stopped by the bottle stopper rod; When the number of bottles detected by the photoelectric head reaches the set value (number of filling heads), the lifting cylinder descends to insert the filling head into the bottle and open the filling head control valve to start filling. When the flow rate reaches the preset number, a command is issued to close the corresponding filling head. After all filling heads are closed, the lifting cylinder ascends to extract the filling head from the bottle, and the bottle stopper cylinder retracts. The bottle moves forward under the drive of the conveyor belt. When all the filled bottles pass through the stopper rod, the stopper cylinder extends its fork to block the empty bottle.

　　4、 Installation and debugging

　　1. When installing this machine, there are four adjustment bolts at the bottom of the body to adjust the height, and the vertical deviation of the body is not more than 0.5%.

　　2. Connect the power and gas circuit

　　3. Filling head adjustment:

　　Up and down adjustment: When the gas source is connected, the submersible cylinder is in a lifted state. Place the bottle (barrel) under the filling port and adjust the nut on the submersible cylinder to make the filling port about 15mm away from the bottle (barrel) port.

　　Left and right adjustment: Place the bottles (barrels) and discharge them into the filling area. Note that the bottles arranged in the middle should not be too tight or too loose. Loosen the tightening nut of the filling head and adjust the filling head left and right until it is aligned with the bottles (barrels).

　　Adjustment of sensors and bottle blocking cylinder: After adjusting the filling head, place the bottles (barrels) and adjust the bottle blocking cylinder. Loosen the fastening bolt of the sensor, start the filling machine and conveyor line, place the bottle (barrel), slowly enter the filling area, and adjust the inlet sensor left and right to ensure accurate action of the bottle blocking cylinder. Adjust the output sensor using the same method.
