Description :
1. Water soluble fertilizerhalfself1 set of dynamic packaging production equipment
(1) Integrating material mixing and packaging, semi automated manual bagging.
(2) Single set production capacity: 1.5-2 tons/hour (according to packaging specifications of 5kg-10kg/bag, speed is related to material fluidity and other characteristics).
1、 Specify functions, processes, and configurations
1. Designated functions:
(1) Various materials such as magnesium, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride, etc. are manually mixed according to the weight specified in the formula, and then enter the mixing machine through the dust removal feeding and bag opening station for automatic mixing. They are automatically measured, filled, and packaged according to the specifications of 5Kg/bag or 10kg/bag.
(2) The raw material package is transported to the platform and manually unpacked and measured on the platform. The material is directly poured from the dust removal feeder to the mixer.
(3) Due to the presence of crystalline water in some materials, they are prone to moisture absorption and liquefaction at high temperatures. Therefore, it is required to have fast batching and mixing speeds, and to reduce the contact time between materials and air during the production process to prevent moisture absorption and re emergence.
(4) The process flow design, equipment structure design, and material selection of the production line meet the requirements of anti-corrosion, and the equipment can be easily cleaned. All parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel.
(5) Require uniform and efficient mixing.
(6) Use prefabricated composite film bags and heat seal them; Semi automatic filling and sealing of manual bagging; Require tight sealing and good sealing performance.

2、 Process:
Manual platform unpacking, direct feeding to the mixer (equipped with dust removal feeding machine) ->automatic uniform mixing ->automatic unloading to the transfer bin ->uniform feeding to the measuring machine (automatic level control) ->manual bagging ->automatic weighing and measuring ->automatic filling ->weighing ->automatic bagging ->conveying ->manual assisted heat sealing.

3、 Main equipment composition, functions, and performance characteristics of the production line
(1) 1 set of hybrid system
Including: 1. One horizontal double screw belt mixer. 2 Discharge interface
The horizontal double screw belt mixer consists of a motor reducer, a mixer cover, a mixer cylinder, a double screw belt mixing mechanism, a discharge mechanism, and a mixer discharge interface.
1. The material is fed into the mixer, and the main control system automatically controls the mixing, unloading, and opening/closing of the material door. The length of the mixing and unloading time can be set digitally to ensure uniform mixing.
2. The total volume of the mixer is 1m3, calculated based on a material density of 0.7t/m3, with each batch of mixed material weighing 350-400Kg.
3. Double screw belt mixing mechanism, uniquely designed, allows for three-dimensional composite movement of materials in left, right, up, and down directions, enabling rapid and uniform mixing.
4. The mixer cylinder has good rigidity and is directly installed on the platform through a shock-absorbing device.
5. The unloading mechanism is designed with pneumatic opening and closing doors, which can unload the material cleanly except for a small amount of material stored at the bottom of the cylinder.
6. The discharge port of the mixer is connected to the feed port of the silo through a discharge interface, designed for moisture-proof sealing.
7. Design an independent electrical control box that can manually control various actions such as mixing start, opening of discharge door, mixing stop, and closing of material door.
8. All parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel.
(2) 1 set of silo
Unload the mixed materials into the silo. The storage bin includes: bin body, bin cover, bin wall forced feeding device, and feeding device.
